Our Attorney

Harry Cushman Palmer III was born in Miami, Florida, and spent six years on the Ocean Reef Club property where his father was employed dredging the canals for the Ocean Reef Club which was being created. Mr. Palmer then attended Merrick Demonstration School for first grade and second grade and then was moved to Northeast Arkansas when his father opened up an agricultural flying service based in Poinsett County, Arkansas. 

Mr. Palmer attended high school in Poinsett County, Arkansas, and then attended the University of Arkansas (Fayetteville campus) where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Agriculture. Mr. Palmer then attended the University of Arkansas School of Law (Fayetteville campus) where he obtained his Juris Doctorate. 

After law school, Mr. Palmer studied for and obtained his license to practice law in Arkansas and Florida. After being admitted to the Florida bar, Mr. Palmer moved back to Miami Florida, and became employed as house counsel with the Kent, Parliament, and Windsor Insurance conglomerate. While working as house counsel for this insurer, Mr. Palmer practiced in the areas of Workmen's Compensation, marine and aviation cargo loss defense, arson defense, personal injury defense, subrogation defense, construction defense, and subrogation prosecution.

Mr. Palmer then became employed as a Senior Attorney with the Miami law firm of McDonald and McDonald specializing in aviation law. While working for McDonald and McDonald, Mr. Palmer was lead trial counsel in County Court and Circuit Court throughout the state of Florida. Mr. Palmer also practiced as lead appellate counsel in the Third District Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Florida. 

In 2000, Mr. Palmer made the millennial change to open his general practice law firm and has continuously operated this general practice law firm through the present wherein he handles Estate Administration, Estate Planning, Guardianship, Curatorships,  Attorney Ad Litem, Adversary Proceedings, and real estate matters.
